An initial 25 L dose of Baczyme Sewage Liquid+ was diluted into a 250 L firefighting tank and sprayed into rapids upstream of the dam. Baczyme Sewage Powder was also applied to visible raw sewage, followed by approximately 10 L per day of diluted Sewage Liquid+.

After approximately two months, Baczyme reported clearer water below the dam wall, disappearance of the previously strong odour, algae growth and cleaner water flowing into the downstream irrigation dam.
